Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Platform" refers to the bdg11 website accessible at bdg11.io, including all pages, features, services, games, betting markets, and tools made available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the bdg11 registration process.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds or a qualifying deposit must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MFS" refers to Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as accepted payment methods on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures, including identity and age verification processes required by the Platform before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform operations, settlement times, and promotional deadlines.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bdg11.io, creating an Account, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bdg11. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and the content of a specific promotion or game rule, the terms of the specific promotion or game rule shall prevail in relation to that promotion or game only; in all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" apply equally to the person on whose behalf you act.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use bdg11, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party for commercial purposes;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any other person;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of bdg11 or any affiliated entity;
• You have not previously had an Account on bdg11 that was suspended, closed, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms;
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.

bdg11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and withholding of any Balance pending investigation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of Platform features, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must complete the bdg11 registration process and create a single Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on bdg11. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bdg11 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts without notice and to withhold any Balances pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to bdg11 remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registration details change, you must update your Account information promptly by contacting our support team at [email protected].

bdg11 may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve a registration application or close a newly created Account without providing a reason, particularly where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria have not been met or that false information has been provided.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdg11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify the bdg11 support team immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, any breach of your Account security, or any use of your Account credentials by a third party.

bdg11 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-factor authentication options to protect Account data. However, you acknowledge that no online security system is entirely infallible, and you accept responsibility for activity conducted through your Account unless you have reported unauthorised access in accordance with this section.

bdg11 reserves the right to suspend any Account where unusual activity is detected, pending an investigation. Where an Account is suspended for security reasons, the Platform will contact the Account holder using the registered contact details as soon as reasonably practicable.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdg11 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and designated bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from the relevant MFS provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction. bdg11 does not charge fees on deposits, though your MFS provider may apply standard transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedule.

Withdrawals: Before processing any withdrawal, bdg11 requires successful completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and confirmation of your registered payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit and that are registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Processing Times: bdg11 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during normal operational hours (BST). Processing times may extend in cases where additional verification is required or where the relevant payment provider is experiencing service delays. bdg11 accepts no responsibility for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Inactive Accounts: An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bdg11 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with its prevailing dormant account policy, details of which are available from [email protected].

Bonuses and Promotions

bdg11 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which are published alongside each offer.

In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on bdg11:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the specified time period before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or returned as a result of a void market do not count toward wagering requirements;
• bdg11 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or void bonus funds and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the promotion or acted in bad faith;
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements;
• Where a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting applicable wagering requirements, any outstanding Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those funds may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game participation on bdg11 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games. Product-specific rules are available within the relevant game or betting market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply across all bdg11 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdg11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where the Platform determines that a palpable error has occurred;
• bdg11 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed at odds that were erroneously displayed due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. The Platform will notify the affected Player and return the relevant stake to their Account;
• Settlement of sports betting markets is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.) at the time of final settlement. Any subsequent revisions to official results will not affect settled markets unless bdg11 specifically announces otherwise;
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino session that interrupts the outcome of a round, the round may be voided and all stakes returned. Game provider rules govern specific edge cases;
• Winnings from slot games, crash games, and fishing games are credited to the Account Balance immediately upon round completion, subject to any applicable wagering restrictions on Bonus Funds.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account Balances without compensation:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during KYC verification;
• Creating or using more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies, bonus abuse, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner not consistent with their intended purpose;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic or security restrictions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's software, data, or intellectual property;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdg11 staff or other players via any communication channel.

bdg11 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, the Platform reserves the right to take immediate remedial action, including but not limited to Account suspension, Balance withholding, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Responsible Gaming

bdg11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a suite of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

bdg11 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under the minimum age will have their Account immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment method on file, subject to verification. The Platform does not retain funds belonging to underage players.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries risk, that losses are possible, and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make on the Platform. bdg11 encourages all Players to gamble within their means and to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdg11 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of bdg11 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bdg11.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective providers. Your use of such content through the Platform does not confer any rights in that content upon you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdg11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

bdg11 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and network outages may affect Platform availability from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit bdg11's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data

bdg11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bdg11 uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, provide customer support, and improve the Platform. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and game suppliers where necessary to deliver Platform services.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require bdg11 to retain certain data for defined retention periods.

Amendments to These Terms

bdg11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, will notify registered Players via the contact details held on their Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact [email protected] to request Account closure.

Termination and Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bdg11 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bdg11 will process the closure and return any real-money Balance to your registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering obligations on Bonus Funds.

bdg11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• bdg11 is required to do so by law, regulation, or the direction of a competent authority;
• The Account is identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age;
• The Account has not been used for a period that qualifies it as dormant under the Platform's prevailing dormant account policy;
• The Platform ceases to operate or discontinues a particular service.

Upon termination for breach, bdg11 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal conduct is established, to forfeit the Balance entirely. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player.

Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English, which is the governing language of the agreement between you and bdg11. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version that may be made available for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

All official communications between bdg11 and Players, including Account notifications, support correspondence, and promotional terms, are conducted in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient understanding of English to comprehend the Terms and any related communications before using the Platform.
